Returns & Refunds
Your comfort is our promise. If a LifeDose piece isn't right for you, we make returning it simple.
30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Email hello@shoplifedose.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (US orders).
- Drop the package at any carrier location listed on your label.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order. This avoids the item you want going out of stock while your return is in transit.
Final Sale
Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and worn or damaged items are not eligible for return.
